Blaze Automation Advantages

Automate repetitive welds
Free your skilled welders to perform more high value work and eliminate the fatigue and monotony of repeat welds.

Double productivity at a minimum
Lower the cost per weld and eliminate or reduce post weld grinding and cleanup. Work at the highest possible arc-on time with perfect weld repeatability.

Strengthen teams & empower welders
Cobot welding automation allows core teams to pivot quickly, stay ahead of labor challenges and work confidently with cutting edge technology.

Zero programming tablet
Software that stays out of your way
Teaching: Teach-by-Touch
Motion: 7-Axis torch positioning
Weld Library: Unlimited
Weld Speed: Up to 2,540 mm / 100 in per minute
Welding Modes: Continuous, Tack, Stitch, Weave
Repeatability: +/- 0.1 mm (.004”)
Unlimited weld complexity,
drag & drop simplicity
Complete control and customization of all welding parameters, including: material type, weld speed, wire speed, gas flow control, weld pattern and more. Simply select your desired recipe, or customize the recipe as you choose. Any job is easily learned in minutes, from simple to complex paths.

7-axis welding saves time & money
Get more weldments done in a single setup with 7-Axis, versus having to re-fixture with a 6-Axis robot. Only a 7-Axis robot can reach around all sides of fixtures and workpiece obstacles without restriction.
Teach a job faster than welding it once by hand
Blaze is the ultimate in ease-of use —you can teach a job faster than doing it once by hand and trust Blaze to repeat the job with clean, precise welds every time.

Manual weld trigger
Blaze has the unique feature of being able to quickly and easily remove the torch to do tacking or complex welds by hand. There’s also a live trigger on the torch for spot welding and more.

Ergonomic control handle
Use the control handle to physically teach Blaze to weld, without programming. Show Blaze the start and end of welds, tack points, circles or any complex shape at the touch of a button.

Flexibility
Stay agile with fast short run changeovers and zero reprogramming on repeat jobs. Blaze adds efficiency to high mix or low mix, short runs or long runs, and can be repurposed quickly to meet changing demands.
